Happy New Year

The year is coming to an end, and its been a good year. Thank you to everyone who's come by for our events, or just to visit.
Don't forget that we will be opened on Monday, the 31st until 2:30, but closed Tuesday for New Years Day.
If you're out and about be careful on the roads, there will be a lot of people out there and many are knuckleheads.

Hope everyone gets a chance to have a great Christmas time, some vacation maybe or at least some family time. We will be open Christmas Eve until 2:30, but we will close Christmas Day, and then the same hours News Years Eve (until 2:30) and closed New Years Day.

Wings Beans and BBQ Wrap Up

What a great Saturday, at our Wings, Beans, and BBQ Cook Off. 
Thanks go out to everyone who came by to taste some great food, and of course to all the cooks who competed, with special notice to Linda Krause, who won the competition.
We raised $900 for the Miracle League of Lake County, thanks to everyone who contributed and enjoyed the day.

We just got a new Tri Glide on the floor: a 2013 110th Anniversary model. This trike looks great and is a limited edition for the 110th anniversary year. This one has also had some accessory chrome added by us.

Updates for the first week of December

First, thank you to everyone who came out here in November it was a great month.
We had some happy new bike owners, some great events, and  generally a good time.
December looks to be just as good, beginning with our "Wings, Beans, and BBQ Cook Off" this Saturday, the 8th.
It'll be a chance to sample different wing recipes, as well as BBQ and beans. There will be cash prizes awarded, and both amateurs and commercial cooks are invited. Don't worry, separate categories.

Wings, Beans, and BBQ, oh my!

Come join us on the 8th of December for the Wings, Beans and BBQ Cook Off. You can join in the cooking fun, just fill out the registration form (available at the link below)and bring it to Stormy Hill Harley-Davidson.
There will be both commercial (professional) cooks and those folks who think they have great recipes to share. The event is judged, with cash prizes, so don't be shy, give it a try.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This is Thanksgiving week, and we hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy the holiday and ideally to get out and ride. Its been a bit chilly, but should be good for some time on the road.
Don't forget, we will be closed on Thursday, the 22nd but will re-open on Friday at normal hours.
Friday begins our "Black Friday Weekend" sale, where you can enjoy up to 50% off on select licensed products.

Catching up a bit and looking forward.

First: this past weekend was great, lots of participation in the ride, the pancake breakfast, and the drill team was great.

Thanks go out to everyone who came by on Saturday.
 This coming Saturday, the 10th, we have the Salute to Veterans Ride, from Gator Harley-Davidson in Leesburg to Stormy Hill in Clermont. Its all in a good cause, so come out and support your vets.

3 November, Pancake Breakfast

The Florida State H.O.G. rally starts this week, on the 31st (Halloween) and runs through the weekend. In conjunction with this event, we're having our Pancake breakfast at 8 am at Stormy Hill, so come by for that, but stick around, because after breakfast there's much more. At 9 the Drill Team will demonstrate some amazing precision riding, and the Parade Of Flags will also start at 9 am. This is going to be a lot of fun, and if you've never seen the drill team before they do an awesome show. Really show what a Harley can do.

Updates.

Well the week has been good, great weather for riding, good sun, and only a little rain.
But it looks like the weekend will be breezy and maybe a little wet as well.
Our Wing Ding Cook Off, scheduled for tomorrow, the 27th has been cancelled, and will be rescheduled, but we don't have the new date yet. Maybe December?
 We also have been getting a lot of new 2013 bikes in, including a 110th Anniversary Sportster, you need to come in and check this out. Great looking bike.
We have a few 2012 models still in stock, so come and take advantage of those if you're in the market for new Harley-Davidson. And of course our selection of pre-owned bikes is great, everything from a beautiful Cherry and Merlot trike, to a 1998 FXDS Convertible.
So come on up to Stormy Hill and check out the bikes, the 100th anniversary products (jackets, shirts, etc...), and get ready for Christmas. Yes its coming up sooner than you think. And Thanksgiving isn't even here yet.
